”We really feel so lucky to have had Samira help us with the purchase of our first home. We knew absolutely nothing about home buying going into the process. Samira is incredibly knowledgable and walked us through everything with thoughtfulness and care. She's a pleasure to work with, as her friendly, communicative, and warm nature really facilitate everyone being on the same page and with all the information they need. Highly recommend working with her!”. -Marni A.
”Samira was my buyers realtor when I bought my historic farmhouse. I first walked the property with her and fell in love with the beauty of the setting. From the beginning of the process to the end, it was fraught with challenges, one after the other. With each challenge that arose, Samira was focused and dedicated to make this happen for me. She did more than was expected and at the end of a very long and bumpy process, we both breathed a huge sigh of relief at the closing table! I’m not sure that buying my dream property would have happened without her hard work and dedication!” -Lisa R.
“Samira helped me to find a seasonal waterfront property that fit all of my wants and needs. She helped me negotiate a better price and furthermore gave me referrals for any services or repairs I might want or need. She went above and beyond my expectations and was a pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable in regards to real estate and renovations. Well known and connected in the community! I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. She checks in to ensure that I am still satisfied even though she doesn’t live in the same state anymore. I would highly recommend her.” -Karin K.
Whether searching for investment opportunities, a second home or relocating, Samira’s tenacity and dedication are well known throughout the Wilmington NC area. During Hurricane Florence, Samira launched the Blue Clay Road Distribution center that served 2000 families and supplied more than $150k of pet and equine product to affected families. Buying and Selling With Confidence
Buying and selling a home is one of life’s most significant financial decisions. Here are some of Samira’s home buying tips:
1) If you’re moving to an area that you have not lived in previously, try before you buy. Staying in a local Airbnb can allow you to experience neighborhood characteristics that you would not otherwise have known about.
2) If you’re selling, make sure to stage your home. From adding a fresh coat of paint, to de cluttering personal belongings, staging your home puts more money into your pocket. Always make sure that closets are a maximum of 2/3 full- anything more may make viewers feel that the home has insufficient storage space.
3) Always make sure that your real estate agent knows what you are searching for in a home; she may be able to guide you towards lending products that are a better fit for your needs. Did you know that there are loans available that will finance the cost of your desired improvements into the loan itself, thereby saving you from the hassle of coming up with additional out of pocket cash?
Having previously obtained her license as a Mortgage License Originator (FL) Samira is familiar with an array of financial lending products. Her experience as a builder lends additional and invaluable knowledge to those evaluating historic homes.
